Debra was amazing and I’d recommend her for any kind of real estate transaction you’re considering. She helped us purchase our first home in San Francisco and was great about introducing us to neighborhoods that we weren’t familiar with, but could afford. After losing one bid in an area we liked, she took the initiative to find another house under renovation, walked in to get information, and eventually helped us win that house. She then linked us with a great contractor we used for more projects and always kept in touch to see how we and the house were doing.
Years later, she then helped us sell that house and really took charge of the whole process, including coordinating repairs and staging. It was so easy for us that we had no problem finishing the process from across the country. A lot of the credit for the amazing offers we received goes to Debra.
